Safe Glossy Product For Children’s Play Kitchen, Cribs and Toys

Hello would the Mountain XT finish be suitable for my applying to an unfinished play table or crib that I would prefer to have glossy and wipable surfaces? My daughter’s play kitchen has linseed oil over it but I would like to find a safe product that hardens well and is glossy and cleanable! Can Mountain XT be applied over wood treated with linseed and beeswax? Can I apply Mountain XT over your paints? Xo

Mountain XT is an excellent product but only for exteriors. It wont dry inside.

We use NanoTech over linseed for a washable film. This dries fast, clear and very low odor.

Mountain can also be used. This is an interior version of XT. It’s all natural, smells like oranges and dries slower than NanoTech. Mountain can be wiped on and wiped off to create a more durable, washable surface with more sheen than linseed. Or it can be brushed to form a film.

I would try a sample pint of each and see what you feel most comfortable with.

Most of the time NanoTech is used over oils on cribs.
