Is Lime Prime something I can put over moldy surfaces or do I have to remove or clean the mold first?

If washing the mold is possible then that would be best. Not everyone can wash due to sensitivities, therefore, Lime Prime can be painted directly on the mold stained surface leaving a clean mold free coating!
