Can Bio Poly Go Over An Oil Based Stain?

I would try it out and see how it works in a small area.  You can use Bio Poly to polish oil finishes most of the time.  It is a beautiful wood finish that penetrates the wood grain and leaves a buttery smooth flat satin finish.  It nourishes the wood and brings out the natural character.  Made from pine resin, special linseed and our pure beeswax with no polyurethane!  It is one of the easiest wood finishes to apply as you just wipe on then wipe off.

I’ve used it like a furniture polish on antiques and it worked very well but whenever going over an existing coating I would test first.  Good luck!
