The NanoTech is often used to seal in existing coatings on cribs.
I would try a pint of it and see how you like it.
I’ve used it on several pieces of my kids furniture to seal painted areas.
In the future, if you need to finish any children’s wood furniture I would recommend Baby Safe which is a beautiful pure zero VOC wood finish.
