I am looking for non-toxic paint and wood sealer/finish for my bathroom that would stand high humidity and be resistant to mold. The window was previously sealed with something and now has black mold stains and bare wood areas due to water splashing. The inside of the cabinet was painted and also has mold spots now. What products should I use to clean and protect the window and the cabinet?
I would use Earth Clean first on the window well. Then you could prime it with Lime Prime and paint it. The Lime Prime can be painted over with a couple coats of Lime Seal. That would be a very good, strong, washable sealer that provides the ability for long term mold stain prevention.
